The Camino Day 32 – O’Coto

Along the way there are now markers stating how many kilometers are left to reach Santiago. Every time I pass one I feel a pang of sadness. I don’t want it to end! I feel as though I’ve gotten to know nature a little better, that we’ve deepened our personal relationship. The wind talks to me. So do the trees. It’s wonderful.

Today’s reward for slowing and taking note of the roadside, is a most spectacular spider web nestled among the bushes. Its symmetry is perfect. It’s so delicate, so intricately woven. I’m impressed with this work of art.
