I’m back! You likely didn’t even know I was gone, but I missed posting on this blog the last two weeks. Yes, I’ve been busy, but no more than usual. The first week of August I was away at a writers’ conference taking in all sorts of information and ideas that left me teetering on the edge of overwhelm. Then last week I was away from the blog while my website host did some work on the site. So if you’re receiving this, that’s good. It means the work went well and I’m back in service and able to continue on.

So my post this week is a simple test to confirm that the site is working well, and we’re still in contact, and I wish you well in the middle of our summer heat. I’ll have more interesting stuff to say next week. Promise!
