I invite you to participate in this vision board experience. I’m not talking about just cutting out pictures and making a collage of what you like. I’m talking about a guided experience to dream and to focus on what truly is important to you and to visualize it operating in your life. And then develop plans to help you reach your dreams—and apply practices that are supported by science (you know, creating neural pathways, using your reticular activating system, and more).

You ready? All you will need is:

• an open and curious mind
• a 20” x 30” poster board or foam board
• a photo of yourself (alone) at a happy time
• magazines or books with pictures to cut out
• scissors and glue
• journal or notebook for notes on reflections and insights
